A |     2026年8月25日，道路交通安全法修订草案提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议初次审议。    (ECNS) -- The Nicaragua national pavilion was inaugurated on Wednesday in Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province, becoming the first specialty exhibition venue in China authorized by the Nicaraguan Embassy in China to showcase the country's products and culture.    The China (Hubei)-Nicaragua Economic and Trade Cooperation Center was also established, aiming to promote bilateral cooperation in areas including agricultural products and new energy.    The newly inaugurated pavilion will showcase Nicaragua's distinctive agricultural products, handicrafts, and cultural and tourism resources, providing a convenient channel for high-quality Nicaraguan goods to enter the China market.    The newly established cooperation center will provide enterprises from both sides with regular and institutionalized services for economic and trade exchange.                            。         　　现行道路交通安全法于2004年施行，2007年、2011年、2021年修正了个别条款。此次修订草案共9章170条，明确了自动驾驶汽车的上道路行驶条件、违章处理原则和保险制度等；聚焦“醉驾”“盲驾”“僵尸车”“超标车”治理和电动自行车、“暴走团”管理等突出问题，有针对性完善制度措施；在维护道路交通安全的同时，推行便民举措，便利群众出行等。         　　记者：孙鹏程、刘硕          　　海报制作：孙鹏程          　　新华社国内部出品                【编辑:李岩】。
